The first in line is the thiamin which is known as the vitamin B1. Riboflavin is also important in the proper function of enzymes in transporting substances all around the body. De3ficiency on this kind of vitamins may result to skin problem, phobia to light and other digestion problem. One can get Riboflavin from the leafy legumes and some cereals.

Another one is the niacin or the vitamin B3 and has two forms.  It is mentioned earlier that all forms of vitamin B are basic necessity in the conversion of carbohydrates to energy. Sources of vitamin B3 are liver, salmon, tuna, sunflower seeds and peanuts. It is also known that some forms of breads are fortified with niacin.  Foods like eggs, dairy products, poultry, beef and yeast are also recommended foods.
