Vitamin D is one of the most important vitamins for our body and its absence may cause imbalance lifestyle or way of living especially in terms of health. Vitamin D deficiency is not a joke because of the fact that there are lots of effects in body in case that the symptoms of vitamin D deficiency will be getting worse.

Even that the sources of vitamin D is everywhere, for example the sunlight, there are still some people who used to suffer from the effects of vitamin D deficiency. Well, natural source is good but having an additional vitamin D supplement is an advantage.

Vitamin D deficiency may be the effect of some activities of human. For example, the food eaten may not be that enough or it does not contain a proper quantity of vitamin D. There should have an idea that vitamin D is also found in some meat, fish and liver.

Another cause of vitamin D deficiency is the lack of exposure under the sunlight. It is a fact since that everybody nowadays are busy enough and they tend to put that activity of getting vitamin from sunlight in the least priority. There are also some citizens especially girls who love to go to the park or to other social place where they could spend their time, but afraid to expose their skin in the sunlight. The main thing here is that they have to put their fear on the vitamin D deficiency in your body.

Meanwhile, supplements are the back up of foods since that that some foods that we take are not that rich in vitamin D. Another factor is also the kidney which is getting older until the function is loss. Aging kidney may not able to convert the vitamin D to other forms for our body needs.
