When the intake of vitamin D is increased, the calcium in our body will also increase and it will affect the intestine. It is not healthy to have a high level of calcium absorbed in an intestinal tract. Over absorption of calcium will also affect the important organs in our body. Instead that it will help them to function well, it will be the cause of malfunctions.

Another vitamin D risk is the everyday discomforts. One may experience nausea, vomiting and low appetite that may lead to weight loss.  It is also dangerous for the heart and there are some instances that vitamin D overdose will lead to a tremendous heart problem and heart disease.  One may also experience fatigue, stress, muscular pain and other more physical discomforts.
